The S.A.F.E. Pet Program (Spay/Neuter Access for
Every Pet) is the Animal Resource Center’s
commitment to ensuring that cost is never the
reason a beloved pet goes without lifesaving spay
or neuter surgery. Designed to expand access for
families across our community, this program
provides affordable and subsidized spay/neuter
services for owned pets, helping to prevent
unplanned litters, reduce shelter overpopulation,
and improve long-term health outcomes for dogs
and cats.

By removing financial barriers and offering
guidance, scheduling support, and connections to
trusted veterinary partners and clinic events,
S.A.F.E. Pet empowers responsible pet ownership
while addressing the root cause of the pet
overpopulation crisis. Through this proactive,
community-centered initiative, ARC is working to
create safer homes, healthier animals, and a more
compassionate future , one pet at a time.
