Getting involved with ARC is a powerful way to make a direct difference for animals and families in Trumbull and Mercer Counties and surrounding communities. Volunteers and supporters are the heart of our organization, helping us keep our programs running and our doors open to those who need us most. Whether you have a few hours a month or a few hours a week, your time, skills, and compassion can help feed hungry pets, support spay and neuter efforts, and create safe spaces for cats and kittens waiting for their forever homes.

There are many ways to participate, including helping at our pet food pantry, assisting with fundraising events, supporting outreach and education, or spending time socializing and caring for animals in our adoption rooms.

If hands-on volunteering is not possible for you right now, you can still make a meaningful impact through donations, sponsorships, or simply spreading the word about our mission. By getting involved with ARC, you become part of a community that believes every animal deserves safety, care, and kindness, and that together we can build a stronger safety net for pets and the people who love them.
